Keeping everything good about the stamp card — and fixing the rest.

Stamppi started with a simple observation: the paper stamp card works. People love collecting toward a free coffee or lunch, and it quietly turns a one-time visit into a habit. But paper cards get lost, forgotten in a drawer, or left at home — and they tell the restaurant nothing about whether any of it is working.

We set out to keep everything good about the stamp card and fix everything frustrating about it. Stamppi puts the card on the phone your customers already carry. There’s nothing for them to download and nothing for you to buy — your existing phone or tablet is the scanner, and a customer just shows their code at the till the way they already pay.

Built for local hospitality

We’re starting in Finland, where lunch culture runs on regulars and the businesses that thrive are the ones people come back to. Stamppi is made for that rhythm — pay at the counter, collect a stamp, come back next week — with Finnish and English built in and an eye on growing beyond.

Privacy is the foundation

Loyalty is built on trust, so we take privacy seriously. Stamppi collects about as little as a loyalty app possibly can — by default just an email and the stamps they’ve earned, plus any optional profile details they choose to add. Data is hosted in the EU, privacy is designed in from the start, and customers can see and delete their data whenever they want. We think respecting people is the only sustainable way to earn their loyalty.

Stamppi is built and run by a small team in Helsinki who care about good software and good neighbourhood restaurants in roughly equal measure.
